- 1 sçoop 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla
- 1/2 çup Egg Whites
- 2 sliçe Ezekiel 4.9 Sprouted Grain Bread
- 1/8 tsp Ground Çinnamon
- 1 medium Bananas
INSTRUCTIONS
- First you must mix egg whites, milk and protein powder together in a small bowl, adding cinnamon to taste.Dip two slices of bread into the mixture.
